My two kids and I needed to get covid tests, and we were scheduled Saturday afternoon. When we showed up 10 min before appointment, we were told we were going to be pushed to Monday morning because they didn't have someone for us. A call or message to give a heads up would have been nice. When we showed up Monday morning 10 min before appointment time, we didn't end up being seen until 45 min after appointment time. The PA who saw us, as well as the nurse, was kind. I just think that if the patient is expected to respect medical staff's time, our time should be respected as well.

The front desk staff was nice And the wait at home system was very helpful. Unfortunately, there was no follow up with my X-ray results and they were put in a stat order. Matter of fact there has still yet been any follow up and I have called twice. I still also have outstanding covered results that have not been followed up on. So the communication after they get my co-pay has been none. I am the one doing the reaching out. When I feel extremely ill this is the very last thing I want to be thinking of.

I went to a Medpost in Litchfield and it was a line of people waiting to talk to one front desk person. It was a lot of people in the waiting room as well. After waiting over a hour I was able to get seen for my drug test. Apparently it was only one front desk person and one person doing everything else in the back. So everything of course took a long time. I was exposed to getting sick just waiting in there lobby for that long amount of time. But what a amazing experience it was to come to FastMed. It was multiple front desk people so I was checked in right away (me and another lady came in almost at the exact same time so we were both able to get seen immediately. Not like at Medpost) After Checking in I was called back for my drug test 5 minutes later. What a absolutely pleasant experience. Thank you for having enough staff for a great patient experience.

I was able to get a walk-in COVID19 test. The waiting room was set up socially distant. The staff were kind. I was able to get a rapid test so I got my results when the P.A. came into the room to see me.

It was clean, the receptionist was very nice. I went for a rapid covid test and they were very efficient and I was able to do the test and get the results in a timely manner

Made my appointment online, stating I wanted a covid testing done and I was seen the next day 15 minutes after my appointment granting I was a new patient. All went well and everyone was great aswell as professional
